Hospitality Consulting Group (our parent company) was founded in 1995 and incorporated in 2022 combining Bill’s 30+ years in the food and beverage industry and Judy’s 30+ years in business education.  HCG and our associates have opened over 300 food and beverage establishments.  Food safety training has become an economic necessity and HCG helps each individual and organization they train to develop a culture of food safety and servant leadership.  We are in the business of Improving Hospitality.  

Regarding our trainers and proctors, we ONLY hire highly-experienced people. All are experts in the food service industry and are Certified ServSafe® Instructors and Proctors. Your employees are in good hands with our team.
