Important Information Regarding ServSafe® Training Classes!

Policies and Procedures for Class:

  • A textbook will be shipped upon completion of registration.

  • Bring a driver's license or valid photo ID with a signature, a No. 2 pencil and your textbook.  We strongly recommend you review the textbook and take the practice exams before class. 

  • How to Request Exam Accommodation. If you require an accommodation under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact www.ServSafe.com prior to submitting your registration to ensure that your accommodation is approved.

  • The class will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude by 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to check in. You need to call (636) 498-1451 if you need to reschedule. If you cancel or do not attend the class, there will be NO REFUND. You must reschedule within 90 days.  

  • A minimum score of 70% or better is required to pass the exam and receive your Food Safety Certificate. The ServSafe Manager exam consists of 90 multiple-choice questions. Exam results can be viewed at www.ServSafe.com when the session number and class date are provided.  You can download and print your certificate. 

  • Retest Policy: Failing the exam is the only legitimate reason to retest. An examinee may take the exam twice within a 30-day period. If three or more attempts are required, the examinee must wait at least 60 days from their last attempt. No more than four attempts are allowed in a 12-month period. The retest fee is $75.  Call the (636) 498-1451 immediately if you need to retest.
